Objectives

Communication of basic knowledge concerning the conceptual and legal institutions of property and other real rights; development of analytical skills and practical application of knowledge; stimulate students critical attitude concerning legal outcomes and judicial decisions

Learning outcomes and competences

Students must be able to determine, analyze and understand the legal regime of estate relationships and apply it to real life situations.
