Objectives
With this course it is intended that students are able to understand the construction and operation of financial and economic aspects of the euro zone and the European Union. Strictly institutional and application of the EU regulatory aspects will be developed. At the institutional level there will be a practical analysis of the rules of the EU Treaty, the European Union operation of the Treaty and its Protocols. In legislative terms the secondary law instruments that apply to budget materials and application of funds will be analyzed. With this curricular unit, students should understand the operating rules applicable to the euro zone
Learning outcomes and competences
This course aims to give an account of current developments and the legal and economic reality experienced in Economic and Monetary Union: this way and as was previously mentioned there will be developed a practical application of the EU regulatory aspects. At the institutional level there will be a practical analysis of the rules of the EU. In legislative terms the secondary law instruments that apply to budget materials and the application of funds will be analyzed.
