Objectives
This course aims to deepen the genral knowledge obtained in European Law/2nd year specially concerning the '4 freedoms' and competition law.
Learning outcomes and competences
Students ought to know the fundamental principles and rules concerning the '4 freedoms' and competition law and should be able to apply them in real and fictional case-law. Special attention is given to the Court of Justice's case-law.

Pre-requirements (prior knowledge) and co-requirements (common knowledge)
Students are supposed to be aware of the knowledge obtained in European Law/2nd year.

I - The internal market.
The '4 freedoms'.
§ Ctizenship and Feedom, Security and Justice Area. Specially, 'Schengen area'.

Teaching methods and learning activities
Teaching will be structured in a practical and bidirectional way, using legal normas, the decisions of the Commission and the case -law of the Court of Justice. Students should build their knowledge actively in classes.
