Objectives
Objectives: analysis of the firm and the contextual and inherent problems of management decisions; perception of the role of firms and corporations in economies, driving special attention to the Portuguese case.
Learning outcomes and competences
The syllabus set provide the knowledge on the subjects treated, so students can apply them later in their academic and professional life. Students will obtain skills to understand the economic and legal realities of the firm.
