Objectives
The course aims to inform, from the standpoint of theoretical and practical, the general regulation of public procurement and of the administrative contracts in the new Public Procurement Code, including in its object, the study of the contracting parties, the procedure of formation, the content, validity, execution, extinction and the litigation.
Learning outcomes and competences
It is intended that students not only know the rules of public procurement and the discipline of the administrative contracts in its theoretical aspects, but also to familiarize themselves with practical or applicative aspects, through the development of case studies and critical analysis of judgments.
