Objectives

In articulation with Law of obligations I, our goal is to provide the students with a thorough knowledge of the Law of obligations (delicts, part II, kinds of obligations, performance of obligations, non performance of obligations, transfer of credits). We also aim, besides teaching the subject matter, to contribute to the development of the students capacities of legal reasoning.
