Paulo Ferreira da Cunha (PFC): Advanced studies in Constitutional Law. Students should not only master the canonic basis of the subject, but also deeply mature it, and made research in the program issues, classified as deserving a master level.
Cristina Queiroz (CQ): The choice of the topic “International Constitutional Law” intends to offer the students of a Master’s of Law degree a contextual and global perspective of the new challenges facing constitutionalism in the threshold of the XXI century. It is aimed particularly at students who wish to apply to the judiciary, the Bar, legal aid, diplomacy and research, both internally and internationally. The selected bibliography, mostly in English, is available at the Library of the Faculty of Law, University of Porto.
