Objectives

The choice of the topic “International Constitutional Law” intends to offer the students of a Master’s of Law degree a contextual and global perspective of the new challenges facing constitutionalism in the threshold of the XXI century. It is aimed particularly at students who wish to apply to the judiciary, the Bar, legal aid, diplomacy and research, both internally and internationally. The selected bibliography, mostly in English, is available at the Library of the Faculty of Law, University of Porto.
