Objectives

The program aims to introduce the study of the Politics in an interdisciplinar and multidimensional perspective and intends to answer contemporary questions, without forgetting a strong formative component. It aims to provide these skills to future jurists, in the framing of the study subjects in the plan of studies and in the programs of the subjects that are similar. It finally desires to contribute for students to obtain indispensable skills to develop investigation methods.
The more profound study of each one of the different items of the program will be assigned to theoretical lessons or to theoretician-practical lessons according to its nature: that’s why it is recommended the presence in both the types of lessons.
Considering the extension of the program, the depth of the analysis for each of its topics will naturally vary.

III - “Memoria Politica”
History of Political Thought: main guidelines of its evolution, from Ancient Greece to Contemporaneity

IV - Monographical Study: the topic, the concept, the idea and the reality "Republic": politological analysis in its classical and contemporaneous challenges and developments.

During the first theoretical lessons the students will be informed of which of the aforementioned subjects will be preferally assigned to practical lessons.
