Objectives

To give students a more detailed understanding of what is probably the most important legal instrument in today's economic activity: the trading society.
Its basic aim is to provide a theoretical-practical perspective of two of the most important kinds of company (private limited companies and public limited companies) and two structuring changes (changing the articles of association, merger, division, transformation, corporate groups and winding-up).
