Thesis Submission for FCUP’s Master’s Students – Academic year 2019/2020

For students with a valid registration in the academic year 2019/2020, enrolled in Dissertation/Project/Internship, whose work is essentially theoretical, the deadline for thesis submission is September 29th, 2020.

For those students whose work has a strong experimental component the submission deadline will be October 30th, 2020.

During the mentioned deadline, students must submit here the following documentation:

• Digital version (PDF) of the Thesis (layout available in SIGARRA);
• Curriculum Vitae (PDF);
• Declaration from supervisor(s) stating that the Dissertation, Project or Internship Report is ready for submission*.
  
  * For submissions to the October 30th 2020 deadline, the declaration must state explicitly the reasoning that supports the experimental component of the work.

Exceptionally, the deadline for submitting the Dissertation, Project or Internship Report can be extended until November 13th. This request must be submitted online through the SIGARRA request module, no later than September 14th.

Note: The tuition fees must be fully paid on the date of the thesis submission

After the Thesis public defense, students who were approved have one month to deliver the following items in the Post-Graduation Office (Student’s Desk):

• 1 CD (hard plastic box) containing the Dissertation/Internship report/Project in pdf format, following the layout mentioned above and signed by the President of the Jury. Student’s from the Master’s degree in Biochemistry must deliver 2 CDs.
