The Graduate Degree in Nutritional Sciences has a length of 5 years: four years of lectures and one year for the academic traineeship. The part of lectures is made of 33 course units: 11 annual course units and 22 semestral course units. These course units are dedicated to fields related to human nutrition, from basic sciences to more specific course units: nourishment and human nutrition, public health and epidemiology, clinical nutrition, collective catering, bromatology, technology, food quality and toxicology and nutritional policy, among others.
