Workshops | Pulping it: making paper and etching at Atelier Nomade

28 February and 6 March, 2024

Several weeks after Atelier Nomade, the external annex of the Visconde Setúbal warehouse is now converted into a paper production workshop. It is the first part of a workshop that takes place in two stages. From rag to sheet of paper, in the first week, we will move on to printing calcography matrices, made by participants to leave a record of their route through a space. This is a workshop or laboratory, located in a public place, aiming to deal with technological knowledge considered relevant for creation.

This workshop is integrated into the curricular activities of Engraving Calcography UC, and up to 5 interested students from other UP courses can register for it.
