Within the framework of our action, the Department of Communication and Image operates in three main aspects: Internal Communication, Management of Institutional Image, Public Relations and Media Relations and Image.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

a) Ensure the management of news on the Web page SiGARRA FAUP
b) Guarantee the participation of FAUP in media of the University,
c) To Receive, select and disseminate internally content that is relevant to the academic community,
d) Supervision the display of graphic material in the spaces of the School.
e) Collaborate in the organization of meetings, conferences, congresses and other similar events
f) Promote the articulation with the AEFAUP
g) Support the use of web platforms institutional, improving the interaction between the different departments of the institution and the students

INSTITUTIONAL IMAGE

a) Ensure the creation of institutional promotional materials - posters, newsletter, flyers...
b) Ensure the update, legibility and quality of the contents of the Web page SiGARRA FAUP;
c) Promote the corporate identity of the institution, in the development of merchandising and other promotional material.

PRESS AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION

a) Encourage the presence of FAUP in the media;
b) Produce and disseminate press releases for the events organized in FAUP context;
c) Connect to and follow-up the media that are directed to the FAUP for conducting interviews, video footage or any journalistic activity;
d) Administer the databases of media, institutions network and target audiences;
e) Manage and increase the presence of the institution in social networks: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, among others;
f) Promote the institution in broader context through the regular sending of FAUP Newsletter;
g) Ensure the support to events or circumstances where members of the Management Bodies of FAUP are participating.
