Personal details

Carolina Medeiros (Ponta Delgada, 1980) is graduated
from the School of Arts of the University of Coimbra (FLUC) with a degree in Journalism; postgraduate in Communication from the Porto's Superior School of Journalism (ESJ); currently attending the Master of Arts in Communication Sciences - Major in Culture, Heritage and Science in the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto (FLUP). She worked on different cultural projects and festivals in the areas of theatre, visual arts, cinema and performance/contemporary dance, such as Público newspaper/ Museum of Transport and Communications, Curtas Vila do Conde - International Film Festival, Solar Cinematic Art Gallery, Portuguese Short Film Agency, FITEI - International Festival of Iberian Expression Theatre, FIMP - International Festival of Puppetry of Porto, Circular Performing Arts Festival, Porto/Post/Doc: Film & Media Festival. Between 2006 and 2014, she was adviser of the Cultural Department (2006-2008) and Communications and Press Department of the Northern Chapter of the Portuguese Order of Architects (OASRN). Since 2014, she is responsible for the Communication and Image Office of the Faculty of Architecture - University of Porto (FAUP).
