Students comply with the attendance requirement if they are regularly enrolled and do not exceed the limit of 25% of classes taken. Students covered by situations provided for by law, although subject to special assessment, are exempt from the above attendance requirements.

The assessment by practical work (70%) includes participation in the activities developed in class; carrying out and presenting work; participation in the online component, and a written and/or oral test (30%). In each of these components, the student will have to obtain a grade of ≥ 8.5 to pass this course.

Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)

For students covered by legislation on special attendance schemes (Art. 13 of Order No. 1535/2018 of February 13 - e.g. student workers, student-athletes), special tests will be required to prove knowledge and skills related to the objectives and content of the course.

For students in special conditions (Art. 14 of Order No. 1535/2018 of February 13), the distributed assessment may be carried out on a date to be agreed with the teacher.

Classification improvement

The assessment components, practical work and tests, are considered for the purpose of improving the grade as soon as (1) the request for improvement by attending the curricular unit is requested for attendance in the academic year following that in which it was approved and only once, and (2) the student requests it within the deadlines set for registration in the academic year following that in which it was approved.

Observations

In the event of circumstances that alter the face-to-face nature of the classes, possible changes to the structure, content and forms of assessment of this curricular unit will be safeguarded.
