Objectives
This curricular unit (CU) aims to promote the deepening and consolidation of previously acquired knowledge in the field of Sport Psychology (SP) more related to high performance sports training.
Learning outcomes and competences
Under the teaching of this course, students must: i) demonstrate knowledge of the psychological principles related to the performance of high performance athletes and teams, ii) develop skills related to psychological interventions to achieve predefined objectives and sustain the gains, and iii) develop and apply skills in goal setting, behavior change programs and maintenance of gains previously achieved.
