Teaching methods and learning activities

The teaching methodologies developed, particularly related to expository methods, allow students to learn the necessary knowledge to explore afterwards extensively in the work to be done as well as its presentation, discussion and reflection. The various methodologies applied can thus continuously establish the connection between the acquisition of declarative knowledge, where students learn the main concepts considered, and procedural knowledge through students are guided to apply this in the concrete situations to solve problems. The reflection is achieved throughout the all process, since in the classes which uses the expository method is always considered some space for students’ reflections.
