Objectives

Reorganize and integrate the knowledge the students got on Training Theory and Methodology unit through the specific nature of Gymnastics training
Deepen knowledge in gymnastics training at high performance level on the specific gymnastic area chosen by the student
Knowing the process of sports training at the gym
Acquire knowledge in training and competition planning, implementation, conduct and evaluation.
Focusing action models from frameworks integrating the process of training and competition components.
