Aggregation Exams (2016)

She holds a Ph.D. in Sports Science (2007), a Master degree in Sport Management (2001) and a First degree in Physical Education from the University of Porto (1988) and a First degree in Law - Lusíada University, Porto (1997).

During the last twenty years she has been involved in teaching in the First degree, Masters and Ph.D. courses in in various disciplines: Sports Management, Sports Law, Sports Politics and Entrepreneurship, Project Development Organization and Sports.

In the same period, she participated in more than 100 lectures in Portugal and different countries, and she has been involved in three main research areas: sports management; sports law and sports policies. She has published 5 books, several book chapters and numerous articles in national and international journals (with and without scientific Arbitration) in the field of Sports Management, Sports Law, Sport Policies and Women and Sport.

From 2011 until 2025 she has been a disciplinary judge (Disciplinary Board) of the Portuguese Football Federation.

She was the Director of the Master in Sports Management - Faculty of Sport, University of Porto, between February 2012 and October 2017 and again in 2023.
