Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee is a collegial and independent body that seeks to promote compliance with and respect for standards of integrity, honesty and ethical quality in the activity of the Faculty of Sports and its members.

Request for Opinions:

The request for an opinion must be made to the chairman of the committee, by email cefade@fade.up.pt, in which it must be attached:

1. a formal letter addressed to the Chairman of CEFADE requesting the opinion
2. the project summary
3. the informed consent form (if applicable)

4. Curriculum Vitae of those responsible, as well as the form for requesting an opinion and the electronic form, duly completed.
