During module I of the clinical practice of a professional nature, students will have to experience, in an equitable way, the contexts of clinical practice considered mandatory by the Order of Nurses, namely:

Neurological process - Total of 100 hours of contact, distributed as follows:

  • Vascular Process 45 hours (45%);

  • The contexts of the clinical practice of the neurological process, applying the percentage proposed by the OE, comprise:

Teaching methods and learning activities

Seminars that constitute spaces for the presentation and discussion of individual professional development projects for each of the students, as well as reflections "about action" around the challenges of clinical practice in a differentiate context.

A clinical practice component that, in addition to integrating each of the students within the scope of advanced professional practice in the field of rehabilitation nursing, will deepen differentiated clinical competences, namely in terms of care conception. In addition to the above, it is intended that students develop clinical skills based on "problem-based" learning and "real clinical cases", in a permanent dialectic between "theory and practice".
