Title: Customer Value Management applied to Telecom industry
Abstract:
The presentation aims to share how a Customer Value Management solution can help a CSP (Communications Service Provider) better knowing their customers (profiles and needs) and their
segments, with two main goals: customer value growth and customer satisfaction.

Vítor Ferreira Short Bio: B.Sc. in Informatics of Management (by Universidade do Minho) on 1998, Vítor Ferreira worked as software developer and analyst, as consultant in SAP R/3, as team leader
of Marketing Information Systems team (responsible for assuring the needs of internal information for Business Units, and also coordination with IT department on several Data Warehouse projects
implementation), as Project Director in Business Intelligence / Data Mining international projects (e.g., Data Warehouse projects, EIS - Executive Information Systems, CVM - Customer Value
Management, and Data Mining projects - including Churn Prediction models, XSell/UpSell/NBO models, Behaviour Segmentation, Value Segmentation, etc.), as Business Developer/Pre-sales
Manager, and presently, as Product Architect for Advanced Analytics (responsible for product specification, analysis and design of Advanced Analytics products & services), at Wedo Technologies.
