3rd IAHR Europe Congress

The 3RD IAHR EUROPE CONGRESS: _Water - Engineering and Research_ is rapidly approaching. The Organizing Committee and the International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR) are delighted to invite you to attend this congress, to be held at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), Portugal, from April 14th through 16th, 2014. Do not miss this opportunity to visit Porto, the second Portuguese largest city, elected for the second time "Best European Destination" of the year (2014 and 2012). It lies on the right bank of the Douro River and the historic centre was awarded UNESCO World Heritage, in 1996. Porto is also internationally known for exporting the famous Port wine.
