Applications - Phase 1

Higher Education Applications - 23 Years or Older (Undergraduate Programmes and Integrated Masters Programmes) - until 31 August

The following may apply:
- Students who have been found capable of attending Higher Education through specific examinations for those 23 years or older (the examination results must be within their date of expiry).

Technological Specialization Programmes (Integrated Masters Programmes) - until 31 august

The following may apply:
- Holders of a technological specialization Diploma issued by an institution with which FEUP has established an agreement.

Changes of Programme and Transfers (Undergraduate Programmes and Integrated Masters Programmes) - until 15 june

The following may apply:
- Students who were enrolled and registered in a Higher Education programme at a national Higher Education institution, but did not graduate;
- Students who were enrolled and registered at a foreign Higher Education institution in a programme classified as Higher Education by the legislation of the country in question, whether they have graduated or not.

Readmissions (Undergraduate Programmes, Integrated Masters Programmes and Stand-alone Masters Programmes) - until 15 june

The following students may apply for readmission:
- Students who were enrolled and registered at the same national Higher Education institution, in the same programme or in a previous iteration of that programme.

Middle and Higher Education Graduates (Undergraduate Programmes and Integrated Masters Programmes) - until 12 august

The following students may apply:
- Holders of a portuguese middle degree;
- Holders of a portuguese high degree (1st cycle or equivalent programmes) in no related fields.

Higher Education Graduates (Integrated Masters Programmes) - until 15 june

The following students may apply:
- Holders of a portuguese high degree (1st cycle or equivalent programmes) in related fields.

Admissions to 2nd Cycle Studies (Stand-alone Masters Programmes) - until 15 june

The following may apply for a cycle of studies conferring a Master's degree:
a) Holders of a Bachelor's degree or legal equivalent;
b) Holders of a foreign Higher Education degree conferred after a first cycle of studies structured in accordance with the Bologna Process by a State that implemented this process;
c) Holders of a foreign Higher Education degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of a Bachelor's degree by the competent scientific body of the Higher Education institution they are applying at;
d) Those with an academic, scientific or professional curriculum recognized as attesting to their ability to attend this cycle of studies by the competent scientific body of the Higher Education institution they are applying at.

The following may apply for a cycle of studies conferring a Doctoral degree:
a) Holders of a Master's degree or legal equivalent;
b) Holders of a Bachelor's degree with a relevant academic or scientific curriculum recognized by the Scientific Committee as attesting to their ability to attend this cycle of studies;
c) Those with an academic, scientific or professional curriculum recognized by the Scientific Committee as attesting to their ability to attend this cycle of studies.
