UP Volunteering

The aim is to stimulate the academic community, especially students, to become involved in multiple volunteer activities in the free, generous and totally voluntary regime.

Entrepreneurship Club

CEdUP is the first entrepreneurship club from a Portuguese university. The Club aims to unite and support students, alumni, employees of the U. Porto willing to undertake.

LIDERA – UP

LIDERA - UP aims to encourage students to develop and lead a project to extend some skills and competencies.

Debate Society

Contributing to the critical spirit and to the development and discussion of ideas, the Debate Society of the University of Porto hosts three weekly debates, where two teams of two people contest each other, with only 15 minutes of preparation.

Mathematics, Physics and Programming Office

The office is directed to all students of FEUP wishing to ask questions, review previous issues, which may not have been given, or already forgotten, or to monitor the materials as they are being taught.

Students Association Sports Leagues

AEFEUP gives the opportunity for students to practice sports and at the same time represent the Faculty at the Academic Championships of Porto - CAP organized by Porto Academic Federation – FAP, and the chance to compete nationally in the National University Championships - CNU organized by the Academic Federation of University Sports - FADU

There are leagues in the following sports:

• Voleyball: Female and Male

FEUP Technicians and hosts

FEUP Events Center manages a team of technicians and hosts (well trained) that provide assistance to the events.

All the students can apply to do these kind of work. You’ll pass for a period of evaluation and selection. Send an email to eventos@fe.up.pt, entitled “Hosts” and indicate your full name, course and students number.
